Article 1
NTUE Computer and Information Network Center (or the Center ) provides access to computer facilities to NTUE faculty, staff, maintenance workers, students, teachers from the affiliated experimental elementary school, contracted intern teachers, and other permitted education administration and teaching units. Except NTUE teachers, teachers from the affiliated experimental elementary school and contracted intern teachers must display their workplace ID. Students have to bring their student ID and display it when requested.
Article 2
The opening hours (except for the summer and winter breaks, which will be announced separately) of the open access computer lab (F502) on the fifth floor of the Audiovisual Building are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 ~ 21:30
Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 ~ 17:00
★ Closed for statutory holidays
Article 3
No food or drink is allowed in the computer lab.
Article 4
It is strictly prohibited to damage the software or download illegal software.
Article 5
Ask the work students for help if there are any hardware/software problems.
Article 6
For those violating the regulations, their access to the computer lab will be suspended and they have to pay for repairing what they have damaged. Severe cases shall be handled according to the school regulations.
Article 7
After the regulations are passed by the executive meetings, they are submitted to the President for approval before the implementation, and the same as the amendment.
